IMPORTANT: minimum age of 7 - it is imperative to know how to swim
Bring a cold meal and drinks and also shoes to go in the water with (the rocks are extremely slippery)
Do not forget to take sun cream and something to cover your head.
Respect nature: no fires, do not cut the trees, take your rubbish with you (there are dustbins at the bivouacs and when you arrive). No camping outside the designated areas.

The two day circuit.
For the night in the gorges you will require a sleeping bag and warm clothes.
Possibility of having a barbecue on the bivouac areas.
Charcoal and drinking water are provided.
Sanitary blocks are available.
Attention: the local government rules have changed for the two day circuits with a night in the bivouac, and the places are very sparse.
