The Caves
Aven d'Orgnac
Grotto discovered in 1935 by Robert de Joly and Priest Glory, characterised by big lava flow looking like organ case, the big chaos of the gothic porch 50 meters high and two white and ochre pillars above 20 meters of height.
The visit of the grotto can take place further to the converted part. It is possible to go down a well entrance thanks to potholing technics. Also on the spot the regional museum of Prehistory..
Cave of La Madeleine
Discovered in 1887, it is made of 25 rooms along a converted circuit about 500 meters long. From the path coming to the entrance of the grotto, a very nice view on the Ardèche, 200 meters underneath. Son et lumière display.
Cave of Saint-Marcel d'Ardèche
The most recent converted grotto in Ardèche, with Son et Lumière, offers wide rooms and crital basins.

Cave "la Forestière"
On a path 500 meters long, you will admire stalagtites with coral forms, water basins as well as an important deposit bones from Paleolithic Superior age.

Cave of Marzal
With the ability to go down to 130 meters deep this masterpiece of nature will make you discover "roman" columns and the room of diamonds with sparkling colors.
