The Ferme Auberge
Alban, generous and passionate, conjures up dishes which is richly perfumed and is typical of the aromatic traditional cuisine of the area. Our cooking is as much as possible made with products from our farm (goats cheeses, naturally reared lambs and little goat kids, ducks, hens, eggs, vegetables, aromatic plants
) and this means that Albans Menu Gourmand always reflects the passing of the months and seasons, depending on Mother Natures cycle

For everything we do not actually produce ourselves,
we go directly to our friends in the area who do.
This is the reason we belong
