The "table d’hôtes"
M. Christine, a former chef, invites you to sample his local specialities based on products sourced in the area - mi-cuit of foie gras with glazed chestnuts - racks of lamb in garlic - snails in spinach - boned pigeon stuffed with cepes - local meats AOC "Fin Gras du Mézenc" - the effeuillé of trout accompanied by lentils from Le Puy - warm goat's cheese in puff pastry - frozen vacherin meringue with myrtilles - chestnut cake etc…
Our Table d’Hôtes will unveil the treasures of our region, with every dish made from local fresh produce in harmony not only with the seasons of the year, but also, and crucially, in accordance with the Chef's inspiration of that day !!
