In Chambas, the table is a pleasure. Pleasure of the good food, pleasure of the good drink (in moderation, of course), pleasure of the user-friendliness, pleasure of the sharing) around the wealth of the soil prepared by Marie-Christine, former head chef.

The party begins with the apéritif and the famous "CASTAGNOUX", accompanied with varied and original appetizers (peanuts not thank you!)... Then why no singed egg stocked with foie gras or with ceps, a velouté of sweet chestnuts, a ham braised with the cream and in Madeira, a meat AOC(PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN) Fine Fat of Mézenc, toasts of hot goat cheese in herbs, a huge floating island, one softness in sweet chestnuts some of the delights of which we shall treat you.
In Chambas, the cooking is a Party!!!

As for wines, the Ardèche is rich in famous Grand Crus(vintage wines): Hermitage, St Joseph, Cornas, St Peray, but it also conceals hidden treasures, with of fabulous Chardonnays, and sublime Viognier old recolt.
